What is the best paint or stain to use on outdoor furniture with treated wood?

The very best for outdoors is Sikkens brand stain. We did our deck and fence in it 6 years ago. We did a few extra boards for the fence just in case we needed them and had them in storage. Last summer one of the board broke and we took one out of storage and hung it up. You could not tell the new board from the ones that had been up there for 6 years. I live up north and the fence gets a lot of abusive from the weather up here. The stain isn't cheap but last much longer than anything else we have ever used. they have different kinds for the type of job you are doing. What is the best paint or stain to use on outdoor furniture with treated wood?
I prefer stains for any outdoor wood. They will soak into the wood more than paint and last longer. Sherwin Williams or Home Depot have excellent stains. For treated lumber you need to let it season for at least a year before you paint or stain it. Treated lumber contains a lot of moisture when it is new. If you paint or stain it to soon the finish will bubble and peel as the moisture escapes. What is the best paint or stain to use on outdoor furniture with treated wood?
it is the brownesh colour which have a little spray of black on a desinged door
yes i agree I am a painting contractor in the twin cities and Sikkens is the best stain,it holds up remarkably well through several of our winters and can easily go 5-8 years before any decks we do need re staining.
