How do you get latex paint off of concrete, outdoor steps?

I worked for hours trying to get the paint off my concrete stairs! I tried mineral sprites, sanding, stripping gun and it came off, but REALLY slow!!

latex paint is made with a soft plastic compound-- throw hot water on it and it will soften up and you can just hose the scraps off the stepsHow do you get latex paint off of concrete, outdoor steps?
Well, my first answer was a sand blaster. Perhaps, a high pressure water hose.
Power washer. Latex is water based so solvents won't do the trick.
Try a Licquor Thinner!
