So I draw all sorts of things,and my cousins grandmother asked i could design her backyard wall.
The wall in her yard is concrete.
I have a great idea of what to use{i.e. power washer, primer/sealer}
but i just want to know from you guys, whats the best materials I should use so this design is beautiful and permanent.

After you do what you are going to do then clear it. Its a clear spray that protects anything you cover. You may want to re-clear it every year to keep paint from fading!
