What about the wonderful Sticky Tack...
We use this for alot of hanging up projects at school to save the paint on the walls and works outside on the concrete walls too.
You can pretty much find this everywhere,
Walmart, Target and Fred Meyers.

There is a special red tape that will work,i can`t remember the name off hand but you can get it in any supply yard.It is a heavy tape about 2 inches wide
