The only place I have seen a stable place like that is in Paris. Besides, it's cold in Frankfurt... those starving artists are inside.Is there an outdoor painting group for artists in Frankfurt?
There are probably several. If you find a gallery in Frankfurt, ask them if they know of any outdoor landscape painters.
